Meet Jen
I’m Jen, Little Island Design founder, and lead designer. I began my career in the accounting field, learning the ins and outs of small businesses. In 2016, I spent the year learning how to code websites, before making my move into marketing. Little Island Design was born as a passion project, where I honed my skills in creating custom websites from code to screen.
For over six years, I served as the marketing director for a top-independent real estate firm. There, I managed everything from website development and SEO to social media management for the brokerage and its agents. I was even the creative force behind its brand and design assets. Now my main focus is supporting and empowering strong brands through design and strategy.
Throughout my career, my core mission has remained steadfast – to craft and launch effective websites and develop marketing strategies that genuinely resonate with smart and empowered brands. My blend of technical know-how and creative flair has been the driving force in helping these brands shine in the digital space.
When I'm not designing websites, you can find me paddleboarding in the Florida Bay, hiking around Riverbend Park, practicing pilates or tending to my ever-growing garden with the weens by my side.
